2024 SEASONAL CAMPING INFORMATION

 

 

• The season begins one week before Memorial Day Weekend and ends Columbus Day Weekend. 

 

 

• The seasonal rate is between $3,800 - $4,200, depending on the site. Installments are made over the winter, with the final payment due mid April.  The seasonal fee includes winter RV storage.

 

 

• Each seasonal site is provided with water, electricity, sewer, high speed internet, a stone fire pit and a picnic table.  Each site is individually metered and electricity billed at the end of the camping season. WiFi is free throughout the campground and supports streaming.

 

 

• There is an electronic entry gate – key cards are issued to the permit holder.

 

 

• Guests must be registered. You must stay in the campground with your guests.  Specific rules and guidelines are outlined in the Seasonal Camping Permit.

 

 

• We restrict pets to two per site and reserve the right to prohibit certain breeds. Guests/visitors are not allowed to bring pets.

 

 

• We use Seasonal Camping Permits. The permit sets forth guidelines to help keep the campground neat and quiet.  Seasonal Camping Permits are for one adult, their spouse / partner and minor children.  Multi use / multi families is not allowed.

 

 

• RV’s coming on site cannot be more that 10 years old unless the RV is in like new condition.

 

 

• RV's Park Models with holding tanks and Destination Models are allowed. Park Trailers are not allowed. Flush toilets are not permitted.

 

 

• RV's must be registered and insured. If your RV is not registered, you will be billed by the Town of Meredith at the annual tax rate.

 

 

• One storage unit is allowed per site. Sites must be kept neat.  

 

 

• Boat parking is available but is limited.  Boat parking is granted to previous parking permits first. Any openings are put in a lottery.
