Site fees below are per night for a family which includes two adults and two children under 18. Children aged two and under stay free. We extend a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer. Holiday Weekends: minimum three-night stay. Please note that all rates are subject to New Hampshire's Meals and Rentals Tax, payable at the time of check-in.
Fall Season - September 6, 2010 - October 11, 2010: during this time we only accept reservations for weekend stays.

Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Deposits
We hold reservations for 10 days pending the receipt of a 50% deposit (credit card deposit = immediate reservation). Refunds for deposits will be honored if you give us at least seven days' notice. Less than seven days and we will honor your deposit as a rain check within the season (less a $10 service charge).
Reserving a Specific Site
Requests for specific sites will be handled at the time of registration, although we reserve the right to make changes if necessary.
Holiday Weekends
We ask on holiday weekends that you stay a minimum of three nights and that you pay in full in advance.
Early Departure
If you depart earlier than scheduled, unfortunately we cannot refund your money .
