Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Nascar Races, Labor Day, Columbus Day) and arrivals with in two weeks MUST be paid in full. Harbor Hill Camping Area is a member of the NH Campground Owners Association and follows their policy which requires a two-week cancellation notice. Less than fourteen days and we will honor your deposit / payment as a rain check within the season, with a $20 service fee. Less than 24 hour notice, and we will honor your deposit / payment as a rain check within the season, minus the cost of 1 night.
Reserving a Specific Site
Requests for specific sites will be handled at the time of registration, although we reserve the right to make changes if necessary.
Holiday Weekends
We ask on holiday weekends that you stay a minimum of three nights and that you pay in full in advance.
Early Departure
If you depart earlier than scheduled, unfortunately we cannot refund your money .
